We have recently invested in a top of the range 5 axis CNC machine and can now produce a wide range of high precision items manufactured from many different materials to create a stunning end product for you and your customers.
The benefit of our CNC machine is the flexibility it can offer in terms of cutting and shaping timber and plastic products. The profiles and designs are virtually unlimited and our aim is to be flexible while maintaining the highest quality of output. Strategically situated at the heart of the Midlands, we can deliver a rapid turn-around of small, medium and high volume production.
Our CNC machine can offer a variety of features used for:
- Interior Designers and Shopfitters
- Unique designs for display units, cabinets and furniture
- Production of templates for a variety of manufacturing or construction applications
- 3D output for signage
- Individual patterns on doors, decorative or fretted panels

- 0.001mm accuracy
- Prisma Head capable of 360 degree machining
- Suction Pods for MDF or Clamps for Solid timber
